really like this place, I usually see Shawn Frost when I go there. He does excellent work on cleaning my ears and he's very friendly but the only thing that needs to be improved is the lobby reception personnel they need to be more friendly and I would have gave 5 stars., they also have great doctor's..but its a super nice place.

Shaun is very friendly, funny, and personable. He took his time explaining my condition and provided me with a number of suggestions on how to deal with it. He also made sure to answer all my questions in a clear and concise way. Overall, a very knowledgeable PA with amazing bedside manner. You can tell he really cares and is sympathetic towards his patients.
