Shaun Milby is genuinely concerned about each patient. He listens to what you are saying, and what you are not saying. When he does not have answers he lets you know and he reaches out to other medical professionals for insight. Shaun shows empathy (something too many doctors fail to have) and is honest with his feedback (tells like it is)

I primarily went to Dr Milby for prescription refills, but the times I went and needed a diagnosis I felt he did the bare minimal work. I was in an Auto accident where my head hit the door glass so I went to the ER for tests. I then went to Dr Milby for the follow-up. He read the report to me (left out about blood-I had my own report from the ER). Then I later noticed, after fumbling around my scalp, indentations I didn't have last time I shaved my head so I went back. I've been in one Auto accident, and another incident which the incident is what I addressed with Dr Milby. I asked about the x-rays that were already taken, but because he couldn't see the indentations with my hair he blew it off without even pulling the x-rays. Instead I got a lesson on how people's skulls are like babies, etc., and how much time it takes to request x-rays (I wasn't asking for new ones, mind you.) Well, I've shaved my head once more, and guess what? My left scalp is mangled...

I have been looking for a great family doctor for as long as i can remember. The things that were important to me when finding one Milby has surpassed. Milby is kind, genuine as well as knowledgeable. He also takes the time to explain things as well listens to your concerns without feeling like your rushed. I have never found a doctor that I trusted and felt comfortable with. I recommend this doctor to anyone I feel blessed to have him for once I know I will get taken care of
