I've been seeing Shawn on-and-off since 2018. I have high standards for therapists because I am very self aware and Shawn almost always has me leaving a session with a perspective I didn't consider or a challenge of what I need to reconsider. She has specialized training in substance abuse, EMDR, DBT, MBCT, SFBT, CBT, and more and it shows in her therapy approach. Her ability to help with trauma, depression, and mood disorder issues has been great. I highly recommend to see Shawn if you are able to get an appointment with her, especially if you have trauma, PTSD, anxiety, addiction, or narcissistic/emotional abusive parenting issues.
