One of the best medical professionals I have had
I could not recommend Shawna higher than I do. She is excellent in every area that matters in gynecological care. First and foremost is her extreme kindness. She cares about each patient in an authentic manner. There is nothing insincere about her. Second, she knows her stuff, including up to date information and trends. She is a total professional while still remaining 100% approachable. She can be very light hearted, and I really appreciate that. This should not be confused with unseriousness about medicine. She is all about it. I very much appreciate that she is board certified in gynecology. Shawna is the best.

Shawna is an excellent PA-C. She’s very knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer all of my questions. I’ve gone to her for years and have no intentions of leaving! She’s great!

Worst bedside manner I've ever experienced
She is nervous, awkward, rambles through data, uses medical jargon, does not give patients clear answers when the news is bad. Does not appear to be trained in how to speak to patients clearly, slowly, with care, or with attention to detail. Rushes through interactions and I would recommend seeing anyone else.
