Never sent my antibiotic prescription
Telehealth
Diagnosed me with bacterial conjunctivitis, told me she’d send an antibiotic prescription and never did. I was unable to contact her after the visit to let her know the prescription was never sent. To this day over 3.5 weeks later, the pharmacy still has no record of a prescription but was told the prescription was probably called in and the pharmacy just didn’t check their voicemails. Wasted over $100 for a worthless appointment so thank you Sheena.
