Telehealth
Shelby was a tremendous help to me during my treatment with her. She was able to offer a science-backed, empathetic, and direct assessment of my struggles from a professional's standpoint. She did not pull her punches, but punched with kindness and genuine care. She is quick to relate, build trust, and actively listen before proving feedback. I highly recommend her care to anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, or just struggling in general. I experienced both telehealth and in-person sessions.

Really bad care. Beware. She will cancel on you. There have been multiple times when she cut my appointment short like refusing to keep the appointment going for longer than 10 minutes using telehealth. Horrible.

Shelby is the best! My teen daughter has been seeing her for awhile now and she loves her. She’s very caring and goes above and beyond for her clients. Definitely recommend!!

Shelby is so sweet. She truly cares about people. That's obvious from the start. I've only started working with her. But I feel a definite relief that I've found someone who wants to help and knows her stuff. That alone is a giant step forward.
