The best
I met Shelby this past year after looking to no avail for a couples therapist. I was tentative as she doesn't specialize in couples, but I feel so lucky to have found her. My significant other doesn't like counseling but actually likes her and believes going is not only helping us but isn't "bad". Haha. She's professional, easy to talk to, down to earth, relatable, honest, understanding, and has helped (is helping) us sort through emotions and issues that I thought had no hope of fixing. I love her. Don't hesitate if you need someone to help sort through life "stuff" with. She's worth it tenfold. She's a gift to her field.
