This woman is terrible!! I visited the Mercy Gohealth Clinic a few months ago for some kind of serious sinus inflammation. I wasn't sure what to use on it and it hurt to badly that I didn't want to make it worse. After a 3 hour wait, this terrible excuse for a medical professional told me she was too busy to check my chart or do any tests so she was going to prescribe a general antibiotic and move on. When I cried in frustration, she asked me "what did you expect??", and accused me of fishing for pain medication. I expected basic medical care but I wasn't important enough to matter to this nightmare of an NP. She shouldn't be able to dismiss and humiliate any other patients like this. She's a disgrace to the medical field.
