Shelly is great. I visited several other providers before finding Mrs. Shadrick. She truly seemed to care about my concerns, and came up with a great solution. I would highly recommend her.

Reviews are important, but take minute to actually read the content of the review. We know there are always 2 sides to a story. My personal experience with Ms. Shadrick was very professional. She listened to my concerns and implemented the best options for a surgery. It was not on a conversation about the surgery options, looking at future and wanting to partake in the root cause of my kidney stone factory in my body.I’m other words, she was great!

Provider very rude and uncaring. Accused me of being in more pain than they said I should be in. Provider didn’t listen to my concerns, and worries. Also no male chaperone in the room. Provider wasn’t gentle during procedure. Ultimately had a male doctor come in and remove stent. He was very rough and caused more pain.

Shelly is the best at monitoring low testosterone, and I would not have anybody else put testapel in my body but her and her staff , I have been going to see her for years now and the only one who has ever done this painless procedure was Dr Mills , who went to teach in California, she knows more then you think and has always been concerned with my low T and my well being she communicates with me and my wife sometimes even going above and beyond our expectations, Shelly to me is a super hero , and should be Dr cause she knows her stuff! And she’s kind and compassionate thanks Dr Shelly

I have been diagnosed with low testosterone and been on a specialty medication for the past 5 years. Shelly was very insensitive to my illness by saying "I'm a female and would not know how you feel having a low-T condition". How can a trained PA say such a thing? That's like a male Dr say something like "I'm a male so I would not know how to a pregnant woman feel". At the end of my visit, Shelly did not check my present condition and did not ask how am I feeling...nada. I left w/o help.
