After years of making excuses for my declining hearing problem, I decided to go and get my hearing checked. After much research, on finding a Dr. of Audiology, Dr. Berg was a clear choice. She tested my hearing and examined by ears, and then explained to me in detail about my hearing loss. While explaining to me about my situation, she put a pair of hearing aids on me and it was a night and day difference. I came back at a later time and purchased my hearing aids. Now, I hear people talking to me in a restaurant, listen to the TV at a much lower volume and hear things around me that it seems like I never heard before. I greatly appreciated her patience and understanding, but especially her kindness from start to finish. Thank you, Dr. Berg, you changed my life.

Dr Berg is super friendly which keeps you calm. She explains everything very carefully. I wanted to know differences in pricing with all her brands and Costco. Dr Berg explained it all really well so that I totally understood what my decision would be. She showed me how it is all graphed on the computer and that I could come as often as I needed to as it was part of the 3 year warranty. That was super comforting. Second visit was fitted and she showed me everything. She is very caring and knowledgable. My daughter in NY is an Audiologist too, and Dr Berg happily spoke to her for an hour during my appointment. She is a true professional, honest and loves her job and where she works. She is not leaving to go anywhere which also made me feel good. Thank you Dr Berg!

Dr Berg is terrific. She is very understanding and patient when discussing my hearing loss with her. Dr Berg goes out of her way to explain the details of my hearing loss and the benefits of the hearing aids. She answers all my concerns in detail. When I first visited Dr Berg she went out if her way to call the manufacturer to get the program of my hearing aids onto her computer system. Dr Berg took me on as a patient even though I bought my hearing aids from my Audiologist in New York but Dr Berg is now my Audiologist since moving to Florida. Dr Berg was willing to review my hearing test from NY to the one she took to see if my hearing loss had changed. I would and will recommend Dr Berg to anyone who needs to visit an Audiologist. I could not be any happier.
