She listens, she doesn't judge. She offers telehealth for the times you just aren't ready to speak to someone in person. She's also honest and blunt. She tells you what you need to hear, but in a caring way. I went 20 plus years seeing dozens of psychs and therapists, and not one was able to help make me feel even the slightest bit better about myself or life. Sherri has done that for me over the past 2 years, and I've never been happier. Do I have bad days? Sure, but they are few and far between. Im able to leave my house again, go to work, smile, and enjoy most days. We went through multiple meds before we found ones that were effective to treat my mental health issues. Be patient, work with her, open up at your pace, and you'll give yourself the best possible opportunity to make a positive change.
