I am so grateful for my sessions with Sherri Issa. I was able to work through symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Since the session, I am at a new place. I grateful for her skills, compassion and her understanding of my story. I felt heard, understood and respected during every session where I reflected on my automatic thoughts and core beliefs so I could choose more empowering and productive thoughts, while using the mindful skills we practiced in session. I have gained insight into how my childhood traumas affect my current attachment style, and have gain insight. I am choosing happiness, and have changed my perspective of the world and myself in significant ways. I am now able to notice my automatic thoughts and Coral leaves and choose thoughts that serve me. I’m more able to be present for others and for myself I highly recommend this company.
