I absolutely adore my Dr and my NP. AS WELL AS THE REST OF THE STAFF. Crystal is amazing, always smiling and you can ask her anything she will do her best to figure out out! My NP Sherry Mitchell is beyond the absolutely best NP EVER! no matter what questions I have she is always there to answer!

Sherry is an excellent provider who will listen to you and do everything she can to help. She does not take my insurance at this time but still sees all of my kids for free until she is in network with their plan. She has also worked very hard to turn this practice back into primary care and not just pain mgmt. This has definitely made patients angry that could no longer get what they wanted but she 100% of the time has her patients best interest in mind.

Sherry is a very poor provider. She has neglected her patients and never releases any medical records. She has prescribed very dangerous medications to patients and does not follow through with referrals.
