This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a healthcare facility. My initial appointment with Dr. Bingham was no longer than 10 minutes. She did reassure me that something was definitely wrong and we would get to the bottom of my issues. I received a transvaginal ultrasound as well as some lab work and saw my labs come in about 3-4 days later. After a week and a half of receiving no calls or messages I reached out. They told me to wait 24-48 hours to hear back. I then waited 5 days, still received nothing. I called again and demanded to speak to her staff because again I was told to wait 24-48 hours. While speaking with her staff I was told she had reviewed my results and the notes said everything looks good and I should be fine. No one went over any of my results with me. I asked how to proceed because according to my symptoms something is wrong. The woman put me on hold to transfer me to scheduling I was hung up on while on hold. This is not a Women’s Health Facility.
