poor follow up
I wouldn't say it was the best contact to begin with. Sheryl spent more time talking with whom she was training than she did me. What she did relay to me was obvious and not meaningful. I have had an authorization for my treatment for 10 days now, no one from the office has contacted me nor returned my voice mail. Very poor way to treat a patient waiting to have a procedure performed. I guess, I am looking for a new vascular specialist. Very irresponsible and unprofessional !
