The first time they overbooked me, so while I was waiting to see her after about 15 minutes of waiting they told me that and reschedule.
The second time waited in the office for 20 minutes.
The third time they claimed I wasn’t in the system even though I have shown them my confirmation email for the appointment (3 hours appointment) and I am sure I’ve seen the Dr. Run to her office when she saw me and the they said she wasn’t in the office and cannot talk to me.
Confident in the office - broken.
