She is very thorough and does a very good job w any mole removal. I’ve seen her for four yrs now. I will keep going back!

Will not go back to see her. Didn't seem very confident in what she was doing. My full body check was a little peek here and there. Supposedly she was going to freeze off a spot on my cheek which didn't happen as it is still there. My daughter also said she didn't seem very confident in what she was doing. She seemed into much of a hurry to get in and out. Would not recommend her to anyone.

Not happy with the care I received by this office. The first medication I was prescribed I paid out of pocket as I was told my insurance didn't cover; I paid over 100.00 for it and a pre-auth was never mentioned by the doctor's office or pharmacy. When that medication didn't work, they called in another stronger med, which cost over 500.00. This time I was told by the pharmacy a pre-auth is required. I went back to my doctor to request one in which they submitted for the original medication which didn't work the first time around. So I received a pre-auth for a medication that does not work after paying for the med myself out of pocket, and have no pre-auth for the correct med that should work. If this office cannot figure out which medication a patient should currently be taking, how are we to trust the level of care we are receiving??
