Dr. Shikha Mehta, OD

Dr. Mehta at Target Optical Nicollet mall wrote me the wrong prescription for my contacts and when I called about the mistake she was extremely rude to me and tried to gaslight me into believing that the prescription couldn't have been wrong. She told me to wait a year until I was eligible for another eye exam or to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket for another eye exam. This was my first experience with target optical and it was extremely disappointing. I ended up going to a different location and one of her colleagues gave me a free eye exam and corrected her error. I had headaches and difficulty focusing for months because of her inability to properly do her job. Don't go to her if you like being able to see clearly. She obviously doesn't know how to do her job.
