Dr. Sho-Chi Su, OD

Dr. Su gave me an incorrect prescription that left my vision blurry. When I asked if she could re-examine me, she took literally one minute to look at me before giving up and saying I needed to see a specialist. I called Dr. Su's office to ask some questions about the specialist and she never called me back. At that point, I decided to get a second opinion. I paid out of pocket to see another eye doctor, as I already used my vision insurance on Dr. Su. The second doctor was able to easily determine my prescription and I was able to see clearly. No specialist required! Dr. Su took my insurance payment, charged out of pocket for additional fees and never figured out my prescription. She clearly doesn't care about her patients, just cares about money.

Very unprofessional. I arrived almost an hour before my scheduled appointment only to be told that I must reschedule because the resecptionist couldn’t find my insurance. I arrived early because this isn’t the first time that this has happened. I even gave a fair warning when I scheduled the appointment and asked if I could bring anything to help the process. I was frustrated but the last straw was when the doctor threw her hands up and told me I must reschedule and I had gone over my time.

Dr. Su is one of the most caring people I've ever met. She always takes time to discuss your problems and to recommend viable courses of action.
