Empathetic, knowledgable and caring
Wasn't sure I had a hearing issue but my spouse thought otherwise. I hesitated going to a free hearing test facility that also sells hearing aids thinking I could not rely on an honest opinion. My Dr. recommended an audiologist, Dr. Shon Murray, and I couldn't be happier. He gave me a comprehensive hearing test and I learned a lot about hearing and hearing loss. He gave me choices of what kind of hearing devices are available, costs, and care. It' been a bit over a month and I feel like I have bionic ears - I hear everything! And the hearing devices can be adjusted for different environments such as personal use, being in a resturant or watching tv. The also work with my iPhone for adjustments. It's amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Murray.
