Rushed and Careless
This was an eye exam, but you had to pay extra for a vision exam. I believe Dr. Chen did a thorough eye exam, but she seemed impatient when I had questions. When we got to the vision exam, she rushed through, to the point where I wondered whether the prescription would be correct. Turned out, it wasn't. I went somewhere else to an ophthalmologist, and the prescription was much different. I wish I had done that before getting glasses made from Dr. Chen's prescription. I had to have the lenses remade.
