Every time I see Dr Aidun, I feel like I’m visiting with a very dear friend. She takes time to catch up on the events surrounding her patients health. With her help and the needed supplements I have not had the flu or any cold symptoms in over 2 years. This is more important now during a global pandemic than ever before. Dr Aidun has helped me to understand that the health mysteries at my age are not all in my head.

About a year ago, I was referred to Dr. Aidun by a friend. I am 65 and was interested in an alternative to taking hormones in pill form. Not only were my questions about that answered, I feel as if she has taught, and is still teaching me, a lot of things I wish my mom had. I thought I knew pretty much about my health, but I have learned so much from her about nutrition, pain control, sources of info, local shopping sources and even equipment purchases! She really is remarkable.

I have been seeing Dr. Aidun for years. She is very thorough and caring. I always feel very relieved and comforted after my appointments. The office is always warm with relaxing music to set your mind at ease. I would recommend anyone who wants a Doctor that listens, and wants to help you, to see Dr. Aidun. She is wonderful and so knowledgeable, all that I have learned about my own body is because she took the time to help me. I am forever grateful to her and how healthy I am today.
