She literally ghosted me during the worst depression in my life. She never gave good advice either, really. I was with her for a few years and I do wonder where I’d be if I had a therapist that had an idea of what they were doing.

This woman is incompetent. Makes guarantees she can't keep. A therapist isn't even supposed to do that. Will tell you to reach out outside of sessions then turn you away. There's always an excuse. The following sessions are usually her babbling about unrelated things and not sticking to the root of why you're there or what's supposed to be focused on consistently. She won't leave her phone alone during one on one sessions. She only appears to be truly engaging and caring because she says all the right things during sessions. She's not worth your money.
