Haven't even had an appointment yet, and they won't stop harassing me with appointment reminders. I'm getting texts at 7-something in the morning, calls during Thanksgiving dinner, etc. If they're not in the office because it's inappropriately early or a holiday, why should I be expected to be ok with my phone getting blown up at those times? This has been going on for days and they won't answer their phones. I can't get through to anyone to make it stop. It's a total violation of all boundaries, and speaks volumes about their patient care attitude - if you don't respect me now, why would you in the office?
