Horrible service, no communication, does not return messages

Terrible does not return calls. Charges your card with no invoices. Does not submit claims properly. I won't even start on the run around they gave us.

Very poor communication. Will transfer your child to random offices and therapists, reschedule and cancel appointments, even on the same day. Does not respond to emails or phone calls.

Very aggressive and does not act like someone that "cares" for the impact she has on children's and family's lives.

I wish I had read the reviews before trying to get an appointment with Sonia Schwalen. I made contact with her office in order to get an appointment for my daughter. I gave information about my daughter, and information about my insurance. I was told I was going to receive a call back once they had the required information from my insurance. I have been waiting for 10 days, and I haven’t received any call from this office. They don’t answer the phone either. She says in her twitter account that she loves God, her husband, her family, and the lives she will change. I really thought she was the one. My daughter has never seen a psychologist. We are trying for the first time, but the experience has not been good in any practice I have tried to get an appointment. What is happening with psychologists? They are expected to help, not to stress people.

This is a horrible practice. They will threaten to SUE you for leaving a TRUTHFUL, negative review. Sonia is a shady person.

Worst experience ever. I received the recommendation through my Primary Care Doctor, so I figured they would be good because she is great! Wrong. When I went to my scheduled appointment, I didn't even see who they said I would and there was no explanation as to why. I asked the young lady about co-payments she said that she wasn't sure but it wouldn't be much. She said that she would email or call me and let me know before I scheduled my next appointment. Over a week went by and I never heard anything. I emailed and called them twice and still nothing. I finally called for a 3rd time and Heidi answered. She told me that she would send me an email with the out of pocket fee, she quoted me $82.80. After my next visit I was charged 1,104. I asked what was that charge, her response was that is what we discussed. I have a paper trail and you can listen to the call, that was never brought up. Who would agree to that? Never going back and HIGHLY DO NOT recommend!

0 stars. Heidi and Jeff never return my calls, never respond to my emails. It's been months. I am done with this place. Please don't go here.

Ditto the above. They had seen my two adopted children (who came from foster care) twice after giving them an assessment, and yet on the third appointment, they cancelled out on us and never told us why. I suspect because my adopted kids got Medicaid along with my private health insurance and they don't want to deal with the paperwork? At least they should let us know they can no longer see my kids.

This practice does not return calls. As a prospective new patient, I've left 4 messages over the past 5 weeks, and nobody took the time to call back.
