Sophie Deng, LAC

Sophie is an exceptional physical therapist and acupuncturist. She treated me and has helped me recover from multiple issues. A dedicated and tireless worker who was born to help people without drawing any attention to herself whatsoever. A great person and someone that I would recommend without hesitation.

Sophie is really good. I like the office setting it makes me feel relaxed. I would recommend anyone to see her and the results are great!

My neurologist recommended Sophie for treatment of various back, hip, and foot pains. I have seen multiple physical therapists and chiropractors over the years here in MoCo and while they were all pleasant, professional, and competent, most of the actual treatments were somewhere between cursory and minimal. My treatment from Sophie has been at a different level. She evaluated my movement/flexibility issues at intake, and does so at every appointment. She taught me numerous exercises and assists me through several at each visit, correcting my laughably inept form. She provides ultrasound, PT, and acupuncture at each visit. "Holistic" is just a marketing word at many practices, I believe, but Sophie provides terrific multi-modal treatment that exemplifies the term. Highest recommendation.

I highly respect and recommend Dr. Sophie Deng at Holistic Acupuncture and Physical Therapy. Dr. Deng is knowledgeable, kind, and personable. My Achilles Tendinitis was so severe that I was unable to walk without a limp. I was in tremendous pain before I started acupuncture and physical therapy with Dr. Deng. After about a dozen visits, I can now walk without pain. I’m so happy about how my Achilles’ tendon has healed. I give Dr. Deng a 10 out of 10!!

I had been suffering from numbness in my hand/arm for over a year, and several other services had not worked, including other PT places. A friend recommended Sophie and I'm so glad she did! Sophie explained some really simple things I was doing wrong with my standing posture, resting posture, etc, as well as provided exercises for me to do at home. In only 5-6 visits, I was 90% better! The only reason I take away 1 star is that it's hard to make appointments - it was a negotiation each time!

Sophie has helped me over a number of years, first with a rotator cuff problem, and also with a neck that needed attention. Now she is helping me with a swollen ankle. She has always been professional and competent, and her acupuncture practice is also very helpful and welcome. In addition, her very kind and warm, caring manner, no doubt, has helped my healing. I always look forward to my lists with her.
