During the initial intake appointment, she asked the patient (who is being tested for a learning disability) multiple times (over 3 times) why he went to church because he's Muslim. (Part of his family is Christian, but that's really not her business.) She also asked him many questions about his family. The patient was suffering from depression, but not severe enough for hospitalization. Yet, she had safety concerns. The patient is a very gentle person and has never been violent towards anyone.
