Very disappointed with Spring. She asked questions but was too businesslike & not pleasant or personable at all. She suggested a sleep study but didn't describe it to tell us how it works or what to expect. She basically had no "bedside manner". We will do the study & then follow up with a different provider.

Did not seem concerned. She did not review all the information in my chart. Kept mentioning a provider I have not seen in quite some time. Hung a label on me then basically walked out of room and left me sitting there.
