Ms. Cuff has always been cheerful and welcoming even though the office has been extremely busy at times. She makes it a point to listen carefully and to answer questions in a way that you can understand. She never leaves the visit until she knows that you understand your medications and her reasoning for taking them. I've taken my mother to her for many years and even when I've questioned her judgement in one instance, she proved she was correct in her thinking and appreciated my concern.
