Our small team of 3 worked with Dr. Shuster on issues that were affecting our working well together. Dr. Shuster was extremely thoughtful and prepared for our time together. She expertly guided us, allowing for us to understand the dynamics that were underlying our work environment. After one session we felt the channels of communication were flowing better and we have been able to maintain that since. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shuster - she is smart, caring, quick to see the central issue and able to navigate wisely.

I wanted to like her, but ultimately I would not recommend working with her at all. She overcharges for anything she can and does not appear neutral or knowledgeable in her field.
