I scheduled for my annual exam and received confirmation of my appointment via email. Arrived on time for my appointment and was told that I did not have an appointment scheduled. Apparently instead of the optometry office confirming my appointment I was told I needed to confirm it. Have been a client with this office for many years. But no more. Must say as a Dr. myself this was very unprofessional in the way it was handled. I suggest avoiding eye care with this optometrist. Dr. Luke Surface
