Staci Burkard, PT

Staci is exceptional when it comes to figuring out what's wrong as well as knowing what it takes to get it straightened out. My SI was unstable making it extremely painful to walk until I got it back in. I asked her if it was reasonable to expect that we could get the muscles involved improved to the point that my SI would become stable again. She said it was and went to work (along with home exercises she prescribed.) After a month I left and my SI has acted up only once, two weeks later, and now has been stable for two months. She also suspected a problem with the labrum of my hip that no one had mentioned before despite my seeing doctors several times for hip pain. An MRI later confirmed her suspicion and possibly changed the direction of my future hip care. If the doctors just can't figure out what's wrong, I highly recommend that you see Staci. She really knows the body and might be able to pinpoint the problem. And if PT won't solve it, she'll tell you that too.

Staci discovered right away that my main problem was scar tissue from one of my hip surgeries. She worked on that area intensely and the relief that I had was tremendous and the exercises that she gave me to help strengthen the areas has been working great. Thank you, Staci. I am very grateful
