Had a episode was told I needed to see a neurologist surgeon asap can't get to one all I see is assistance and nurses and keep getting another appointment to tell me the same thing or it's not the blogged in my head but maybe my heart when they say different I have no faith in premier at all doctors and specially the hospitals stayed twice south and downtown don't feel safe in any of them

Staci was awesome and I Love her, she explained everything to me so that I could understand what was going on with my health. I wished that other hospitals were like Premier Health, because the Staff at Premier Health are very polite and helpful and they explain everything so that the patients can understand what the Staff is saying about their health. Love The Staff

The doctor was super nice but couldn't answer my questions with any answer other than, "you will need to see a general neurologist about that." Maybe it was out of her scope of practice, but I really don't understand what happened and why it happened. I had a seizure? I had a stroke? I had a TIA? Yes, blood pressure was high and caused all this? But why? No one can seem to answer these questions.

We appreciated that she didn't rush the appointment and listened to our issues and took action to help us. She also said that she'd call us to make sure we're receiving the care that we needed. We really like her and we're hoping things happen as she's trying to accomplish.
