She ghosted me one appt. Then she blamed me despite that I had a confirmation. This was right after I had an emergency that I even notified her and she billed me for it. I guess I was expected to come in when I was on my way to the ER. Who knew. Also never got my “deposit” back. Didn’t listen much but talked a lot. I mean this gave me a bad taste in my mouth. I am scared to go back but this seems to be all you can get. Few weeks after my first appt I was already looking for someone new. Never was able to get in to anyone. Just know what you’re getting into when you schedule.

I was a client of Stacy’s for almost a year when she stoped scheduling me and didn’t answer any of my phone calls. During a previous mental health crisis, I had expressed to her fear that she wouldn’t treat me anymore and she said that if she didn’t want to treat me she would just stop answering my calls. I took it as a joke at the time, but I guess it wasn’t a joke to her. it really derailed my healing journey for a time and made me distrust therapy. If she didn’t want to take me as a client anymore, she should’ve given me recommendations, or at least have the decency to tell me that she couldn’t treat me instead of ghosting me. very unprofessional.
