I never feel rushed, she is compassionate and thorough and makes sure all my questions have been answered, Involving me throughout the process. She is professional but welcoming. I had called for an appointment prior to this one for a disturbing issue I needed help with before leaving on vacation. I got an appointment right away and saw the NP. SheMade a couple of suggestions for what I should purchase. Before I could do that the problem took care of itself. However when I went in this time she made no mention ofMy former concern which should have been right there in my chart. I did not understand that, why she would not have asked what happened.
