They informed me that my blood pressure was dan gerously high and recommended that I go to the emergency room.It was and I cannot thank them enough as it 200/178 when I got to the ER.Saved me from stroke,death maybe. Thank you all!

The hearing exam was done efficiently, but I had to wait for quite awhile to see the ENT doctor. No one came in to let me know why the wait was so long. The doctor eventually came in the office, but only asked me a few questions before he left.

The technician was kind and throughly knowledgeable. The office staff was hard to get attention. I was the only patient in the office. First time visiting so didn't know where to go. Office staff could be a bit more present.

I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule--the treatment proposed by the audiologist was the least invasive and was able to be performed that same day. So far, it has helped my dizziness! I was also instructed what to do if the dizziness returns. I received outstanding care.

No order by my PCP for a hearing test, but was initially met with saying I needed a hearing test before seeing the ENT doctor. I declined.

I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The doctor explained the results of hearing tests so I could understand why I was having the problems. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. The office was nice and relaxing. Will be returning in a year for a recheck.
