Fantastic guy. I felt better the first time he adjusted my back. There are others in Asheville that are good but he is one of the best.

I saw Dr Setzer's brief interview Sunday 04/15/2018 on WLOS. I would like to receive a copy or list of exercises he recommends for "sitting disease". I found his information very informative and have a job now here at Mission Hospital which involves sitting for the biggest part of the day. He recommended a 28/2 simple exercise program that I would like to get more info on. Thank you, Darlene Cook, LPN

I've had chronic lower back pain for many years and have seen many different chiropractors along the way however Dr. Stan was the 1st one that took the time to really listen to all the symptoms, ordered x-rays and then adjusted my back according to the curvatuer in my spine I never knew was there! He took time to explain the x-rays and give a neat folder with a treatment plan and info. My husband seen him as well and had relief with his hips and shoulders. Don't know where to find Dr. Stan now?!

Before starting care with Dr Stan, I was suffering from excruciating pain in my lower back... So bad, I couldn't tie my own shoes or even wash my feet in the shower. Being a mother of 4, I really needed someone who knew what they were doing. After just a couple visits with Dr Stan, I was almost completely back to normal. One year later, I am still doing great. I recommend him to all my friends and any acquaintances I come in contact with.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stan since 2015 and I have found that he is knowledgeable about the body and a critical thinker. He always takes the time to find out what's going on with my body and takes care of it. Dr. Stan always takes the time to answer any of my questions and I always feel better after I see him.

I highly recommend Dr. Setzer to everyone! He is a great chiropractor and is always careful in making sure your adjustment is comfortable and effective. My quality of life greatly improved after starting under his care. He is also very professional and always addressed all my questions regarding care and overall health.

Dr. Stan really helped me with my migraines. I was having a migraine every day for the past 2 years and after a few weeks of getting adjusted I have only had 1 migraine this month. Chiropractic has completely turned my life around.
