Dr. Arnio is fabulous, but recent interactions with the front office staff have me looking elsewhere. There appears to be a lack of critical thinking skills, they listen to respond, not to understand and they are more interested in talking with their co-workers than helping patients. Patients should be at the center of the care team, not ignored. Not sure I will go back
