I'm doing telehealth visits with stephanie and I am VERY satisfied. I expressed issues with in person visits and all paperwork was promptly emailed. I'm trans and before starting therapy she showed compassion for my needs by asking for my preferred pronouns and name. She's 100% a LGBTQ friend! She's friendly and easy to talk to yet professional about confidentiality. I've never felt pressured or uncomfortable; infact she clearly stated that I'm in complete control of the conversation. I started seeing her with a certian goal in mind and once we discussed it she immediately set out to help me achieve it. I'm not there yet but she has helped me get the ball rolling. I was nervous about starting therapy before but I can confidently say that I wish to continue our sessions after my goal is met just to have a smart, friendly listener help guide me through my journey to become the best me I can be. She's answered any questions I've had outside our sessions in a timely manner via email/text.
