On 23 February, I visited the VA Audiology Clinic in Clarksville, TN. I can't say enough about Dr. Mondelli and her positive attitude. She spoke to me and not at me. She was very patient with me and clearly explained the results of my hearing exam. Dr. Mondelli went over all hearing aid options available and explained each one in terms I understood. Lastly, she addressed my Tinnitus and the option of using a sound machine to help me sleep. She was genuine in helping me with my hearing problem.
