I saw Dr. Band for approximately 9 months to address lifelong issues with anxiety and depression which had really started to negatively impact both my personal and professional life. My experience was quite literally life-changing (for the better) - he worked with me to develop the skills and coping strategies to move forward while always remaining empathetic and professional. His evening and weekend appointments were also ideal for ease of scheduling without missing work.
