Stephen Loughran, NP

Stephen L. performed many office visits for my son and me. We were always satisfied by the care received from the Nurse Practitioner, Steve Lpoghran.

I went in for an annual physical with Stephen because my PCP was not available. Stephen only listened to about half of what I said and provided no recommendations for any issues that I brought up. One of the things we discussed was AFib - which I had six years prior and was diagnosed and completely repaired by a Cardiologist about that same time. When Stephen billed me (should have been no charge for physical) he billed me for AFib, which he is not qualified to diagnose - and which I no longer have. I called the next week when I got the bill; four months later the bill has still not been corrected.

I've been seeing Dr. Steve (as I call him) for 10-15 yrs. I mainly see him for my annual visit, And if any nasty cough or cold that may need medical attention, he's always there. If I feel I need an MD or Specialist, then I go to one. He's always been fair to me and given good advice.

Mr. Loughran misdiagnosed me many many years ago. He said I had scabies because he saw that when he was in college. Without any tests, he prescribed a potent cream that made me seriously ill. I had to have 2 doses. I went to anther doctor and he said it was not scabies I had but a allergic reaction, probably from holding a pet at a shelter. I would not recommend him.
