To be more specific, Stephen has introduced me to new life tools in order to help me create a better, stronger, positive pathway in how I mentally and emotionally process things. Also to continue down that positive path in hopes of eventually overwriting and forgetting that the old path even exists.Stephen really took the time and effort listen and get to the heart of my concerns immediately, setting me down a better road than I have ever experienced prior to this time with him. My past individual therapists were not as responsive to my needs, even after explaining to them multiple times what I wanted to accomplish from those sessions.I would absolutely refer others to see him in the future.

Stephen Sprinkel helped save my marriage. It had degraded to the point that my husband and I couldn’t have a simple conversation without fighting. Our first visit with Stephen was purely evaluative of the problems in our marriage and he told us he believed he could get us on the right track. I really didn’t have much hope. The next few visits were to teach us positive communication skills in our marriage. After three visits we started to see a huge difference in the love and respect in our marriage. After learning new communication skills we began to work on specific problems in our marriage. We will always be grateful to Stephen that we now have a marriage full of happiness and hope. We’re able to discuss issues in our lives with a sense of purpose instead of dread. We have also found the new communication skills to be useful in other relationships outside our marriage (family, friends, and business associates) 100% recommend Stephen Spinkel to anyone experiencing marital issues.

My husband and I saw Stephen for marriage counseling twice. We didn't return a third time because he spent most of the time talking about himself, then would have us share what we didn't like about each other or the marriage, then would send us home with no advice, reconciliation, nothing. Just negativity and anger over what was shared without any kind of tools for communication or resolution.

Dr. Sprinkel has help our son with his mental health in a way that no other therapist has been able to do. Our son has been going to therapy for years but his mental health was still the same, he didn’t show any sign that the therapy was helpful. Thank goodness Dr. Sprinkel was recommended to us after we expressed our concerns to his regular doctor that the therapy wasn’t helping. She gave us his name and number and said “ he is a great doctor that will help.” She was absolutely correct. From the first day my teenage son met him we saw a world of difference. My son is now genuinely Happy and dealing with life as his peers would. My son has become confident in himself and is truly getting the help he needs. My husband and I are still in awe about how Dr. Sprinkel has helped our son. We find ourselves looking at our son and then at each other and saying “ He( our son) is so different ( in a Great way) ever since he started seeing Dr. Sprinkel. He has come so far since his diagnosis.

Biggest positive impact on my life. Helped me regain my self worth. You have to be ready to do your work because it pays off!
