Steven Alimaras

I couldn’t book an appointment that worked for me, so I called the office and they were more than happy to work out a time that fit in my schedule! I have a long history of anxiety I’ve been battling. Steven really listened to me and guided me to see and understand things I hadn’t before. I felt better right away. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I have been a patient with Steven Alimaras for over a year. During this time, he has been supportive, compassionate, caring, and most importantly, effective. In addition, he is very accessible, being available 24/7 via text and cell phone, and has always been flexible and understanding. Steve does his best to match my scheduling needs and squeeze me in if it is an emergency or crisis. He has helped me enormously with coping strategies and recommendations, and works with his patients to develop tailored strategies to become their best selves. Personally, I enjoy his more-often-than-not unconventional therapeutic approaches over those of other therapists because he is goal-oriented, unbiased, and gets to know his clients well enough to know when to push them to work, do more, and be better. Steven Alimaras is a therapist who sees potential in people and truly believes that everyone can better themselves if they try.

One of the worst experiences in my life, Steve is unsympathetic and judgmental. I stayed for 15 minutes after feeling completely dumb and was charged $175 out of pocket. Would highly not recommend and felt like this was a complete waste of time. Steve made me feel like my problems are discounted and not worth his time.
