What I expect
Been seeing for a year with no issues. No rescheduled appointments on his end, no forgetting to input prescriptions, and no crazy wait times. Has a friendly personality.

He has a very poor memory. Asks questions that have no purpose or place in therapy. Prescribed med that is dangerous to stop cold turkey, then refused to allow refills while I was on vacation, even though I had notified him prior to trip. At that time he stated it was not a problem. Instead, he stated I should return to NM to get the med, knowing I was out. He knowingly put me in danger! Due to me being 3 days away from NM. The pharmacy had asked him to approve a refill; he refused. Then, he told me instead to have a different pharmacy fill (Walgreens). There is not a Walgreens in this town & I'd been filling all my prescriptions at Wal-Mart. Which doesn't make sense! He also made derogatory comments about the physicians I see (PCP. Extremely unprofessional!

Is a 'prescribing psychologist' NOT a physician (M.D.). Physicians in Roswell have had to admit patients to hospital because of his dangerous prescribing. Stay away from him.
