Unacceptable customer service by staff. Appointment setter extremely rude. Hung up after appointment was set. Optometrists are great and thorough though. Unfortunately, I'm leaving Dr Klecker after 25 years due to the unprofessionalism of his front office. One should never hang up on someone after receiving a thank you from a customer. For future reference, say "you're welcome".

He has been my eye doctor since I was 12, so a REALLY long time. He is great with the exam, answers your questions, and does his best to fit you with the best contact lenses that are available. My girls and husband see him as well. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to get your exam and glasses too. Located next to PAL Optical, it is a professional but fun place to go. I had a condition that could have cost my eye sight but Dr. Steve Klecker found it and made necessary appointments with specialists to care for it and that was over 40 years ago and I will keep going back:)
