I was seen by Steve Saing at Dr. Horowitz's office yesterday, June 23, 2020. If you like friendly, chatty, confident, thorough, and someone who will put you at ease instantly, he is your guy. The appointment was actually enjoyable in spite of having something numbed and cut off the top of my head! I left there feeling good.
