Staff spoke rudely about other patients while I waited (for a half hour) in the waiting room. They told me my exam for contacts/glasses would be $60. Then after it was over they told me I'd have to pay $40 for a copy of my contacts prescription, but that I could buy contacts from them without paying an additional $40. The doctor did good work examining me, but that's the only good thing I can say about my experience with this office.

I scheduled an evening new patient examination which was very easy. My appointment was for 5:30 PM. I was told by a Robin to take my coat off and sit down like a child. After about 10 minutes I left. Apparently the Dr. was running behind, but no one at the front bothered to inform me of that. They just continued to talk about their personal Thanksgiving events. As a new patient, they did very little to make me feel welcome, robin acted like she was doing me a favor.

I go every 2 years or so for an eye exam. Its always a pleasure, not seeing Dr Sitkoff but also his staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant to meet with.
