Cannot get a hold of his office disconnected phone. Then when looking him up it’s said he’s with Keizer Permentes and they can’t find him

I was seen by Steven Tillman at Kaiser Lone Tree Optometry. The staff member checking me in was very thorough and friendly. Dr. Tillman came in quickly and introduced himself. He proceeded to listen to my concerns, asking further questions, and completed his exam. He seemed to understand my problem and discussed his treatment recommendations, as well as a follow-up plan. I felt like I was listened to and treated with respect. I was comforted by this visit and look forward to going back for my follow up visits.
