This gentleman was very rude, unprofessional, and noncaring. I understand being upset about someone being late for their appointment, but to tell a community partner that 'it's none of your business, I'm sick of people being late and not showing up'! ' I don't like you' and hanging the phone up in your face is so uncalled for. Never in my life have I experienced a mental health professional not having any compassion toward someone with a disability but being so rude to another professional. I have no idea how Social Security could even contract with this individual! Oh yeah, the paperwork says you have a 15-minute window and the person would've made it, but he said 'I'm not waiting! I'm sick of this'!
